The weather was perfect. The RMA's here are doing a good job of keeping people busy, and it sounds like the ridge is going to be having a heat wave with possible triple digits later this week, so I think I'll probably head back north early, assuming we get the word to clear up in the next few days. It will still be slow going since the house is up for bids again, and I don't want to get into the bidding wars. Slim pickins' in Lodi right now. It's really hard to sell on an overpriced hill with lots of bugs and big hills. I don't know. I just wish the owners would give it up and sell it. There's probably some personal reasons that they are holding on to it. But what I do know is that they are throwing away the money that we are paying for it. With no house, I can get more cash each month
