The Department of Management Information at the Institute of Information Technology teaches study subjects and conducts research on the use of information technologies in the provision and optimization of business and various organizations. The main areas of activity are information technology project management, information technology management, enterprise resource management (ERP) systems, system integration, and the use of mathematical methods for analysis and optimization of information technology solutions.
There are two professors, one associate professor, two docents and three lecturers. Visiting lecturers from information technology companies also take part in the implementation of study processes. There are four doctoral students in the Cathedral.
Department of Management Information Technology Information Technology Institute consists of study programs:
Bachelor's Academic Study Program “Information Technology”;
Master's professional study program “Information Technology” with professional qualification in information technology project management;
Master's study program “Information Technology”;
Doctoral study program “Information Technology”.
